The Social Housing Regulatory Authority (the “SHRA") was established in August 2010 by the Minister of Human Settlements in terms of the Social Housing Act, No. 16 of 2008. The SHRA is classified as a public entity in terms of Schedule 3A of the Public Finance Management Act (Act 1 of 1999).

In order to comply with the Treasury Regulations 16A6.3 (d) and National Treasury Instruction Note on enhancing compliance monitoring and improving transparency and accountability in supply chain management dated 31 May 2011, bullet 3.7, SHRA is publishing awards as follows:
