The following positions are currently available within the SHRA:

Sector Development and Transformation Specialist: The main purpose of this role is to implement the Sector and Social Housing Institution Development and Transformation Programmes and Plan, supporting SHRA to build a highly competent, compliant and functional sector.

Information and Systems Specialist: The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement ICT governance and strategies and prioritised business solutions using document management, computer and telecommunications systems within SHRA Technology (ICT).

HR Specialist: The main purpose of this role is to manage that SHRA have quality, high performing staff that are well skilled and managed, supporting SHRA to deliver on its mandate and vision.

Supply Chain Officer: The main purpose of this role is to implement the SHRA Supply Chain Management policy and procedures in a compliant and effective manner, so that SCM meets the needs of the business.

Portfolio Manager: The main purpose of this role is to secure and facilitate the implementation of Social Housing projects that comply with the SHRA grant requirements and achieve the SHRA housing development mandate and targets.

Compliance and Monitoring Manager: The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement the compliance and monitoring process and to support Social Housing Institutions and Other Delivery Agents to achieve compliance. The Compliance and Monitoring Manager is also responsible for managing the enforcement process.

Legal Support Manager: The main purpose of this role is to manage that the SHRA legal risk and exposure is limited through drafting legal documentation including contracts, litigating, managing legal service providers and providing legal support across all areas within the business.

Project Officer: The main purpose of this role is to provide contracting and contract management support, compliance management, contract and financial administration management of grant applications and successful projects that support delivery in line with the SHRA standards and regulatory requirements.
