31 Dec PROVIDE 2ND LEVEL SUPPORT ON HSS ENVIRONMENT BASED ON REGISTERED SERVICE REQUESTS FROM PROVINCIAL
Provide 2nd level support on HSS Environment based on registered Service Requests from provincial departments Review & analyse registered Service Requests to determine impact and processes required to resolve
Identify Service Requests that will be resolved internally & those to be escalated to Service Provider (3rd level) Resolve Service Requests that have been assigned internally
Coordination and maintenance of Service Request portal Prepare required pre & post resolution screen prints & or evidence for discussion/ approval/ correction for resolved Service Requests
Implement based on approval Identify queries to determine data issues and based on outcome of investigation implement corrections to improve the quality of the records
Manage and grant user access requests as received from provincial departments and municipalities Manage and approved area requests Manage and resolve connectivity issues reported by provincial departments and municipalities
Providing assistance with the installation of HSS on workstations at provincial departments Engage Service Provider weekly for feedback/ inputs on 3rd level Service Requests
Provide a deletion service to provincial departments based on requests received: Register, prepare/ generate & confirm receipt of deletion requests Extract Identity numbers from deletion request; and create search batches
Create deletion packs, print HSS and NHSDB documents & search results Search HSS Online to find & withdraw relevant Application
Conduct analysis of deletion pack and update & submit for final approval
Conduct 2nd level analysis of deletion requests
Process deletions from NHSDB as per status of approved deletion request
Inform province of the outcome
